Staining Interior Concrete Slab After Foundation Repair
Hey y'all,I'm looking for tips on staining our interior concrete slab after several holes had been drilled through it for a foundation repair.Usually, we'd probably find a straightforward DIY template to follow but in our case, I can't seem to find anything matching our situation. Here is a picture of the type of holes I'm talking about.https://imgur.com/a/9T3n5oPNow that the concrete they used has had time to set, it's dried/cured a lighter color than the pictures but is noticeably a different shade than the rest of the slab. I'm worried when we go to stain the floor, the stain will take different from the new concrete and the end result won't look any better. My question is, could we set a thin layer of quick-set concrete over the entire floor that we could then stain? What would that process look like and what timeframe for the project? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!
