Best saw for extremely small space
I have space for one small metal cutting machine. I'm not happy with my hemsaw 784xl and trying to decide between a different bandsaw, an Evo cold-cut saw, or a real cold saw. I've considered the Kama EV 91DMHV, a 14" Evo, or 10" cold saw.
I bought the hemsaw based on quite a bit of research and thought it'd be the best option. I'd love to hear from someone that has used it and a Kama. The Evo is too loud; not a deal breaker, but I'm working inside a closet. The cold saws I've looked at are too heavy. Ideally I'd settle on something I could move myself.

Help a newbie. How to clear coat?
I’m a metal working newbie. I’m trying to build a metal horse statue. It’s going pretty well but now I’m to the point that I need to figure out how to finish it.
I like it when I have sanded it down. It looks really cool, but I can’t seem to get the rust to stay off. If I clear coat it the rust still seems to be able to find ways in on prior small projects so I want to make sure this one doesn’t get rusty.
Is there a special way that you go about making sure that you get it so that it seals up and the metal stays shiny?
