Most people waste energy trying to control outcomes, and that is where frustration begins. Control is an illusion. What you actually have is influence. You influence how you prepare, how you respond in the moment, and how you recover after. Everything else is just noise that feels important but adds no value to your growth.
When you train yourself to stay calm, you are not being passive. You are building restraint. You are choosing not to react unconsciously. A regulated mind sees clearly, and clarity changes everything. When you see clearly, you stop creating unnecessary suffering through stories, assumptions, and emotional reactions that do not serve you.
The real work is simple, but not always easy. Acknowledge what is true. Not what you wish was true. Not what protects your ego. Truth is where your power is. When you avoid it through blaming, making excuses, or denying reality, you stay stuck. Those patterns are distractions that keep you from growing.
The moment you face truth, even when it is uncomfortable, you create the opportunity to change. That discomfort is temporary, but avoiding it creates long term suffering. This is where responsibility becomes real. This is where your influence begins to shape your life.
Focus your energy where it actually matters. Prepare with intention. Respond with awareness. Recover with honesty. Do this consistently, and you will start to see your life align with who you are capable of becoming.
Clarity creates direction. Truth creates freedom.

I grew up in an era and environment where it was very common for parents to call their own children in a defaming manner. Ascribing attributes so horrible to belittle their innocent, curious, adventurous, compassionate, wishful, jubilant nature!
I could never understand why anyone would want to say such horrible things to their own children instead of filling them with life and praise and giving them the opportunity to be as brilliant, genius, and unique as possible!
Do you see the light of possibility emanating from the depth of a child, or are you caught in the reflection of your own traumas?
I see many powerful children being born constantly! I'm very hopeful for our future!
