Taglay na ngayon ng bagyo ang lakas ng hangin na umaabot na sa 175 kph at pagbugsong umaabot na sa 250 kph. Kumikilos ito sa direksyong West Northwest sa bilis na 15 kph.
Inaasahang lalakas pa ang bagyo bilang SUPER TYPHOON Category sa susunod na 24 oras.
Pinag-iingat po ang ating mga kababayan lalo na sa #ExtremeNorthernLuzon dahil sa inaasahang paglapit ng bagyo doon simula ngayong araw hanggang bukas.

At 10 p.m. , Tropical Storm Leon was located 1,355 km east of Central Luzon, packing winds of 65 kph and gusts up to 80 kph. It is moving westward at 25 kph.
Leon will remain far from the Philippine landmass; however, its windfield extends up to 640 km from its center.
This may warrant the raising of wind signals over parts of Bicol Region and Cagayan Valley by Sunday afternoon or evening (October 27).
The storm will move westward until Monday evening (October 28), then turn north northwestward. It will continuously intensify and reach typhoon strength.
It may exit the Philippine area of responsibility late Thursday (October 31) or early Friday (November 1).
