Topic: Defense of Stranger or otherwise called the "right to kill".
Logic: "Stand right when you are in ground"
Facts: under exempting circumstances, the law provides to exempt accused from conviction if one is acted by reason of self-defense. Which has the same application on defending a stranger.
Under the Self-defense rules, you can help anyone in need, defending anyone when:
1.) when someone's life is in peril/or in danger;
2.) it should be on actual, that it leads the victim to repel;
3.) the life of a victim is on imminent danger;
Question: 🤔 knowing the said rules, If you see your girlfriend/boyfriend being stabbed by an unknown person, then you see a gun near the distance of your feet-will you take the gun and shoot the stranger to repel such danger? Will you shoot it, and take the responsibilities? Will you carry the cross and move ahead???

In Tax Philosophy, it states that " "Do not kill the hen that lay's the golden egg" ...
Thus, the sayings refers to the tax payer...
In the, Philippines we have several sources of Tax, and these are some of those;
1.) Income Tax: the one imposed on employees or workers; In the Philippines it is mostly 20 percent to 25 percent of the gross salary of an employee depending on the bracket of the income of an individual;
2.) Sales Tax: Added to the objects of selling, in example; Real Property Tax or Capital Gain Tax; Sales Tax in the Philippines is up to 6 percent to 12 percent which, depends on the areas, or jurisdiction, and the bracket of the amount of such sales;
3.) Value-Added Tax: this, however imposed on the goods and services of production and distribution, like the food we eat at different fastfood, Jollibee, KFC, Chowking, Kenny Rogers, or, on the medicine we bought at Drug Store, and all that covers distribution., and etceteras... concerning merchant...
In the Philippines, it added to the stuff we buy in the rate of 12 percent...
Purpose of the Government: To ensure that the Government was regulating the merchant activities of all businesses and to let every individual participate, to support the Country by contributing some of their portion which can be reciprocally returned by means of improving the Government Projects to wit;
1.) Free Medicine, to the Less Fortunate,
2.) Free Education provided for the Public School,
3.) Free financial allowance fo student academically funded by the govt, and
4.) Bridges and highways that are continuously constructing..etc...
