I can hardly believe it’s been more than 30 years since I, along with the majority of South Africans, stood in long lines and voted for the very first time. A moment in history I will never forget — one filled with hope, unity, and the promise of a better future.
Today, as we celebrate Freedom Day, may we reflect on how far we’ve come, and continue to strive for the South Africa we all believe in.

Bragging Rights Activated! What A weekend for South African Sport 🇿🇦🏉
Our Junior Springboks won the 2025 World Rugby u/20 World Championship Title with a 23-15 victory over New Zealand in Rovigo, bringing the trophy 🏆home. Deservedly claiming their first u/20 World Title in 13 years!
And don't forget our Senior Springboks finished the series strong with a 55-10 win over Georgia - pure class from the green and gold!💚💛
The 2025 Rugby Championship - the Springboks' next big season - kicks off on Saturday 16th August 2025, when they face Australia at Ellis Park Johannesburg. Stay Tuned🏉
