I think one of the greatest things I ever learned was how much I did not know.
That realization did not make me feel inadequate. It opened my life up.
We were never taught everything we need to know about health, money, relationships, happiness, fulfillment, resilience, or even ourselves. Yet somewhere along the way, we started believing we should already have the answers. Then fear steps in. Fear of embarrassment. Fear of rejection. Fear of judgment. Fear of looking uneducated. Especially when it comes to mental health.
So instead of asking, we pretend to know. And pretending keeps us exactly where we are.
If you want to get healthier but do not know how, find someone who does and ask.
If you want to improve financially but do not understand the possibilities, find people succeeding in different areas and ask.
If you are unhappy, unfulfilled, or mentally exhausted, seek out people who have learned how to create something different and ask.
There is no weakness in not knowing. The weakness is allowing your fear of someone knowing that you do not know to keep you from learning.
Life became much bigger for me when I became comfortable saying, I have a lot to learn.
That is where growth begins.
First, become aware of what you do not know. Then become enthusiastically curious enough to learn it.
You do not have to know everything to change your life.
You just have to remain willing to learn what you need to know next.

I have learned that when we feel lost in life, most of the time we do not need someone to give us all the answers. We need to become aware enough to acknowledge that there is something we do not know yet.
That is where growth begins.
Acknowledge what you do not know and then educate yourself. Become curious. Ask questions. Read. Listen. Learn. Expand your awareness because you cannot change something you have not yet become aware of.
But knowledge alone will never change your life.
There comes a point when you have to commit. You have to take what you know and turn it into action. We can understand exactly what needs to change, but until we actually do something, our results remain the same.
Then comes the part where most people struggle.
Consistency.
One action can create momentum, but consistent action creates transformation. It is what you repeatedly choose today, tomorrow, next week, next month, and next year that begins changing your habits, your identity, and ultimately your life.
This is where you become powerful. Acknowledging gives you knowledge. Commitment gives you direction. Consistency turns those actions into who you become.
So if you feel lost today, do not try to figure out your entire life.
Acknowledge what needs to change.
Commit to one action.
Then become recklessly consistent with it.
Your potential is already there. Your responsibility is to start living up to it.
