I love the rain, so fresh and bright,
It turns the dark into delight.
The scent of earth, the cloudy sky,
Makes me stop and wonder why.
Why does rain feel like a song,
A place where peaceful thoughts belong?
Maybe because it helps us see,
The beauty in simplicity
