The 'Samurai' looking character is Mine, I created him today. A tad rough, needs a bit of refinement, but otherwise, quite acceptable and a product of AI Art Generation
The other pic was done by a Human artist a 'professional' and done long before even digital art tablets and such came along.
yes , that is indeed the main body of the Classic Battlestar Galactica fused to what I suspect is one of those gloy space-jellyfish things from ST: TNG 'Encounter At Farpoint' or similar.
Case-Closed.
