Yesterday, we went to LongJing Restaurant and enjoyed a wonderful lunch. We ordered vermicelli-wrapped shrimp and stewed eggplant in a clay pot. The food was excellent and absolutely delicious.
I especially loved the pineapple lemon tea, which came with a cute little sweet teddy bear-shaped ice mold. As it slowly melted while I drank, it added just the right amount of sweetness without making the drink overly sweet. It was incredibly refreshing indeed! 😋👍🏻
