Daily Photo Challenge: Day 1
Balut - or fertilized duck egg is a delicacy in the Philippines.
It is a nutritious food that's considered healthy but should be eaten in moderation because of its high cholesterol content. It's high in protein, calcium, and iron, and also contains vitamins A, B, and C, as well as beta carotene.
I find it delicious, however, some people find it bizarre especially if the egg is 18 days old in which the chick is almost full already.

Long Shadow at the Beach
When I was active in Hive, there were several photography contests that I have joined and won some prizes.
One of those weekly contests is the SHOW ME A SHADOW contest, or SMASH.
I have several times in that contest. However, I am not quite active on that blockchain platform these days.
