Rice , beans sauce (leftover) and cucumber - 🍅 salad ( with pickles).
Fried a bit with piece of butter , pinch of ginger , drops of olive oil.

The idea was fried rice.
Don't have enough ingredients. So I used what's available.
I mixed in a pan some liver with fried potatoes and aubergine with the leftover of our lunch (rice and chicken ).
Voilà ! 👨🍳
