🌟 Exciting News! 🌟
Hey Tangled Social! I hope this post finds you all doing well. I wanted to take a moment to share some incredible updates from my current position here in Seattle. Three years ago, when Kyna and I were appointed to our roles, we were given the important task of reviving our addiction rehabilitation program and steering it away from debt. As we begin our third year, I'm thrilled to share that we are quickly approaching a break-even point and even have the potential to finish the year with a surplus! Not an easy task for 100% free, 6 month live-in program. One of our personal objectives upon starting this journey was to reopen our women's adult rehabilitation program. In the past, we had to close it due to financial constraints, but our determination never wavered. Over the past 48 hours, we've received an incredible amount of support with commitments totaling approximately $750,000 towards opening or reopening this much-needed program right here in Seattle.
The prospect of reopening a women's program fills me with immense hope. It's not just about providing a place for rehabilitation; it's about empowering women, giving them a voice, and restoring their dignity as they embark on a fresh start in life. I genuinely believe that this initiative will make a significant difference in the lives of many women, helping them get back on their feet and flourish.
