1. Which woman in your life has inspired you the most, and what is one lesson she taught you that changed the way you see the world?
The woman who has inspired me the most is my mom . She has always been strong, patient, and incredibly selfless. Growing up, I watched her face challenges with quiet courage and still find ways to care for everyone around her. One lesson she taught me is that kindness and resilience can exist together . You can be compassionate, but also strong enough to stand up for what’s right. That lesson changed how I see the world, because I realized that true strength isn’t loud — sometimes it’s the calm determination to keep going and to lift others along the way.
2. In your country or culture, what is one change you have seen in recent years that has helped women gain more equality or opportunity?
In South Africa , one positive change I’ve seen is more women stepping into leadership roles and entrepreneurial spaces . There has been growing support for women starting businesses, leading organizations, and having their voices heard in industries that were once dominated by men. It’s inspiring to see women becoming role models for younger generations and showing that success and leadership are not limited by gender.
3. If you could create one change in the world to make life better for women and girls everywhere, what would it be?
If I could create one change, it would be ensuring that every girl has access to quality education and a safe environment to grow .
Education gives women the confidence, knowledge, and independence to shape their own futures. When girls are educated and supported, they can uplift families, communities, and even entire nations. I truly believe that empowering girls through education is one of the most powerful ways to create a better and more equal world.
