More than a platform, Tangled has become a community to me. ❤️
Today I just want to say THANK YOU:
To the team and management working behind the scenes to build, protect and keep improving this space. Your work matters more than we say.
To the system itself that believes creators deserve to earn from what they share. Every reaction, every Millix earned, reminds us our voices have value.
To my Tangled family, those who welcome newcomers, settle disagreements with grace, share tips freely, and cheer others on without expecting anything back. You make the timeline feel warm.
And to my personal family and friends who support my late nights, my ideas, and my creativity. I carry you with me here.
Tangled is worth it because of people choosing kindness, every single day. 🕊️✨

What if your anxiety isn't a disorder to be cured, but a habit to be changed?
What if some of the anxiety you feel is being fed by what you do when anxiety shows up?
Think about that.
Something uncertain happens. Your mind immediately jumps into the future and starts creating scenarios. What if this happens? What if that goes wrong? What if I cannot handle it?
Before long, you are worrying about something that has not even happened.
And here is where it gets interesting.
Worry can feel productive because it gives us something to do. It creates the illusion that if we think about the problem long enough, somehow we can influence an outcome that does not even exist yet.
But worry is not preparation.
It can become a habit.
Uncertainty triggers fear. Fear triggers worrying. Worrying temporarily makes us feel like we are doing something. That temporary relief teaches the brain to repeat the process the next time uncertainty appears.
So instead of automatically following the thought, become curious about it.
Is there something I can influence right now?
If yes, take action.
If no, come back to NowHere.
You do not have to solve tomorrow from today.
The goal is not to eliminate every anxious feeling. It is to become aware of what you do with that feeling when it arrives.
Awareness creates choice.
And every time you choose curiosity over worry and presence over an imaginary future, you begin teaching your brain a different pattern.
You cannot control uncertainty.
But you can influence what you practice in its presence.

Let’s talk about four things we all need in life: LOVE, HATE, PATIENCE, and FORGIVENESS.
❤️ LOVE makes us do crazy things, like smiling at our phones, staying up late talking, and saying, “It’s okay” when it is definitely NOT okay!
😤 HATE usually starts very small. “I’m not angry.” Five minutes later: “I have prepared a 17-page presentation explaining exactly why I’m angry.”
🧘♀️ PATIENCE is wonderful, until someone tests it for the 47th time in one day.
At that point, even the calmest person is thinking: “Lord, give me strength, or give them a mute button!” 🙏
🙏 FORGIVENESS is powerful because sometimes we have to let things go. Not because they were okay, but because our peace is worth more than winning an argument .
And let’s be honest, forgiving someone is much easier when you’ve already imagined winning the argument in your head 23 times. 😂
But seriously, life is too short to carry anger everywhere. Love when you can, be patient when possible, forgive when your heart is ready, and protect your peace, and if someone is really getting on your nerves tonight, close the chat, put the phone down, breathe deeply, and go eat something. 😂🍫 Because sometimes the answer isn’t revenge, it’s chocolate. 🍫🤣❤️
🌙✨ A wonderful evening to you all. My your heart be peaceful, your patience be strong, and your snacks be plentiful! 🥰❤️
