This cake is very memorable to me. This is my very first order from a stranger and also my very first expensive cake worth ₱1000 pesos. The size of cake is 8x4,6x4 mocha chiffon cake with mocha frosting. That rime i was just started officially selling cakes so im so happy to close that deal from my very first client. Butz after that happiness, it broke my heart from their feedback. They said the cake was not that soft and fluffy unlike the vake cake they used to buy in commercial bakeshop. And its too expensive. The cake just left on their fridge uneaten😭 i explained my side and apologize to her,,but that time i still dont know how to handle thta kind of situation so the client blocked me😭..i was depressed that time and discouraged to continue baking and selling cakes..but many had supported me to just keep on going,,study more recipes so that i could find the familiar taste and texture they always wanted..it took me months to have a courage to do it again and i strive to improve my recipe and baking skills..endless trial and error,,a lot of expenses and a lot of cake are thrown some are given away to my lucky neighbors😂 sometimes i was so frustrated..its not easy to please people but one day i finally closed deal again and this time,,it made me! And from that time,,i never stop learning even in my dreams im still baking, decorating cake😍😂
We cant accomplish anything if we stop from our downfall...you never knew what tomorrow may bring! God's plan is always perfect timing.. He is the one who always gives you talent thats His wisdom and knowledge!
