✨ Which direction did you choose - and what brought you there?
I choose North - focus, clarity, goals, discipline. I want to adjust and adopt a new exercise program to suit my body capacity. It seems that something is not apt anymore and a feeling of weakening and sometimes laziness sets in.
✨ What are you protecting this week?
I want to continue my consistency which is very hard to maintain, unless I must make something different as the need arises.
✨ What are you moving toward (or away from)?
I'm very eager to start it this week and see what happens. I'm looking forward to it that it will make a positive outcome.
