Mr Hands (aka 2 Guys 1 Horse) is the true story of a man named Kenneth D Pinyan who died in 2005 due to "acute peritonitis [that resulted from the] perforation of the sigmoid colon during anal intercourse with a horse". Mr Hands had previously lost the ability to experience certain sensations after being injured in a motorcycle accident and became involved in increasingly extreme sexual acts which ultimately led to him taking an interest in having sex with horses.
In 2007 an American documentary film based on the life and death of Kenneth Pinyan was released entitled "Zoo". This is by far the most informative and in-depth analysis of the Mr Hands video, the events leading up to that fateful night, and everything that followed.
