One leg up, balance on! 😄

I thought it would be easy, but my leg had other plans. 😂 It was fun, challenging, and made me laugh. A great test of balance and focus!😊

Tried the #StandStill challenge today 🧍✨

Standing on one leg looked easy… but it was actually a real test of balance, patience, and focus 😅
After a few minutes, I could really feel the pressure, but I pushed myself to stay still as long as I could!

This challenge made me realize how strong our body and mind can be when we stay calm and focused 💪

Tried the one-leg stand pose and honestly it was not as easy as it looks 😅
At the start I felt balanced, but after a few moments my leg started shaking and it became difficult to stay still.
This challenge really tested my focus, patience, and body control. I tried my best to stay calm and hold the pose as long as I could 💪
Great experience and fun challenge!
