Assalamu Alaikum! Today I am giving my brief opinion on stocks and shares.

1️⃣ Buying a condo is equivalent to buying a stock certificate, because the ownership of the investment form is shown.
2️⃣ Buying a house, if you have shares in the company, you can become a stockholder.
3️⃣ In bankruptcy, you cannot get your shares back because the company has failed.
4️⃣ Bankruptcy means the financial collapse of the company. To avoid this, saving, planning, smart investment, debt control and financial knowledge are essential.

Q1. On the Scene 1, A bought a unit- a property why do you think the management gave A, a Certificate of Stocks rather a Property Certificate ? Just express your ideas, no right or wrong answers all are valid.
Answer:
I think the condominium is structured like a corporation where ownership is divided into shares. That is why instead of a property title, A received a stock certificate which represents his ownership in the company managing the building.
Q2. On Scene 2, does B, become a Stock holder based on the topic presented? What do you think 🤔 share us your thoughts.
Answer:
No, I don’t think B becomes a stock holder because Millix is a cryptocurrency, not a company share. He only owns a digital asset, not a part of a corporation.
Q3. On Scene 3, can C, moved to get back his 25 percent shares from XYZ Forestry Water Company is this valid aside from the declaration of Company’s bankruptcy? Share us your opinion in 3 sentences.
Answer:
In my opinion, C cannot get back his shares after bankruptcy. When a company is declared bankrupt, its assets are used to pay debts first. Shareholders usually lose their investment and have the lowest priority.
Q4. What is bankruptcy? In your opinion and how would you like to survive if in case you went with this tough situation., give us 5 ways
Answer:
Bankruptcy is a situation where a person or company cannot repay their debts and is legally declared financially unstable.
5 ways to survive:
1.Reduce all unnecessary expenses
2.Find a new source of income
3.Save money carefully
4.Stay positive and patient
5.Trust Allah and keep (hard work) for a better future

📈 Sharing my thoughts and answers about stocks, investments, and bankruptcy risks.

🎥 My Answers:
1️⃣ In Scene 1, I think the management gave A a Certificate of Stocks because owning a condo unit can also mean owning a share in the whole condominium corporation. The certificate may represent A’s ownership rights in the building management and shared facilities. In my opinion, it connects the buyer not only to the property but also to the company managing it.

2️⃣ Yes, I think B became a stock holder because he invested money into millix through trading. Even though it is related to digital assets, he still owns a part or amount of that investment. In my opinion, stock holding today can also include modern digital trading systems.

3️⃣ In Scene 3, C may try to claim his 25 percent shares, but bankruptcy changes the situation because the company already declared financial failure. Creditors and legal processes usually come first before shareholders receive anything. In my opinion, it may be difficult for C to recover the full investment after bankruptcy.

4️⃣ Bankruptcy means a person or company cannot pay debts anymore because of financial loss. If I faced this situation, I would try to survive by:
✔️ Saving money carefully
✔️ Finding another source of income
✔️ Avoiding unnecessary expenses
✔️ Learning new skills for work opportunities
✔️ Staying positive and making a financial recovery plan

💡 Investment always carries both profit and risk. Before investing, we should study carefully and think wisely.
