For me, leadership is not measured by a diploma alone. 🎓❤️
A college degree can help an official understand laws, documents, and government programs. But education does not automatically mean honesty, competence, or dedication.
On the other hand, requiring only basic literacy gives ordinary citizens a fair chance to serve, especially those with valuable community experience—but they may need proper training for complex responsibilities.
With a degree: better technical knowledge, stronger administrative skills, and easier handling of government work.
Without a degree: wider participation, equal opportunity, and greater value placed on experience and character.
The best leader is someone who combines knowledge with integrity, competence with compassion, and authority with genuine service.
Because a diploma may open the door to leadership—but character is what makes people worthy of serving the community. ❤️🇵🇭
