Question 1: Does Barry Kayd's argument hold water?
When the Pandemic arises, no one was ever ready to face the chaos as no one was even invented the cure at the beginning so the Government to stopped the virus in it's extent, it declares certain areas to be locked down, to prevent people from getting the COVID 19 virus. The total restrictions is momentarily and it did no violate any rules as far as the freedom of anyone is concerned. The restriction, moreso on not letting people leave with their premises is for the betterment of the community to avoid spreading deaseases. Since public health is important therefore such rules is presumed to be implemented with fairness and equality.
No . Barry Kayd’s argument is not valid . For 3 main reasons: first the lawmakers is not the proper place for such arguments instead he has to file a petition arguing such rules in the highest Court, I believed., Second, the said rules taking consideration on the issue of lock down is valid since the application is in general and not solely favored one person’s like Nurse Kent Sue., Third- Lock down for health security reasons is valid to prevent exposure and contaminating people.
Question 2: Precautionary measures during the pandemic ?
Personal precautionary I made and also what I did to the community;
~Personally I did personal awareness to others
~Bring and give medicine to people.
~Help people to go at the hospital.
~Sharing Public knowledge regarding the prevention through house to house interventions.
~advicing Social distancing to reduce transmission risks.
~i did Wearing masks Protect myself and others from transmission.
~Regularly washing hands with soap and water or using hand sanitizers.
~Staying informed Following credible sources for updates and guidelines.
~Supporting local communities, Volunteering and donating to help those in need.
