Such activity is very interesting and appreciated.
Sometimes, people mood becomes very angry in depression. They don't want to talk with anyone. People should finish problems with patience and silence. But, they lose mentality in depressional condition.
In Anxiety, people falls prey of negative thoughts. They destroy their life by having such bad thoughts

My favourite are Combs and Pencil.
Why am I choosing!
1. I always use comb for my hair. After doing this, I feel very relaxed. I consider that our personality judges from hair haha.
2. I always keep pencil in my pocket as mobile phone. I am property advisor.. I use it on daily basis..
