“The Moryonan is an annual Lenten tradition held during Holy Week in the province of Marinduque . It is one of the most famous and unique traditions in the country, known for its colorful parades, traditional Roman soldier costumes, and dramatic reenactments of the final hours of our Lord Jesus Christ.
And this celebration adopted also in my hometown Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro, this is part of the tradition that highlights distinctive aspects of a community, often centered around themes such as religion, culture, or tradition.
