1960s home with old leaking shutoff valve. How hard is it to replace this type of valve on my own?

This valve is so old and rusted that it's leaking from the open/close lever. Luckily it's a very slow leak even with it shutoff so it's not a huge emergency. This is a washing machine connection. I'm not even sure if I can get the same type or put in two separate types and how much work and how easy it'll be to do it myself or should I just get a plumber in.
I've replaced valves on everything in the house as far as faucets and toilets go but unsure of how to tackle this one. If anyone has any thoughts, please share them, thanks!
