Long-term reliability differences between 5kW and higher-output diesel heaters?
I’ve been running a 5kW LF Bros diesel air heater reliably for camping. Now planning to add a second heater in a larger tent, which may require stepping up in output.
For those who’ve owned both smaller and larger units:
• Do higher output models carbon up faster when run on low?
• Any real-world durability differences between 5kW and 8kW units?
• Does oversizing increase maintenance frequency?
