Honestly, I have never heard open discussions about same-sex relationships in my family. In our culture, this topic is considered very sensitive and people usually avoid talking about it. Growing up, I was taught to believe in traditional relationships, and that is what feels normal to me.
Personally, I do not support same-sex relationships because it goes against the values I was raised with. My family also does not see it as acceptable, and this belief is common in our community. Since childhood, I have only seen and understood relationships in a traditional way.
However, even if I do not agree with it, I still believe every human deserves respect. I do not think anyone should be insulted or humiliated for their choices. We can disagree without spreading hate.
Everyone grows up with different teachings and different environments, and that shapes our opinions. This is my honest view based on my culture, my family, and my personal beliefs. At the end of the day, respect should always come first, even when opinions are different.
