Overwhelmed by options, wondering if someone can recommend some affordable sensors

Hi, I just started my HA journey, and wondering what are some good affordable sensors, they can be zwave, thread or zigbee

- water sensors
- presence sensor for lights
- door sensors
- tilt sensor to combine with my zwave relay for my garage door

Thanks for your help and recommendations!
