#ParentingVersionUpdate

1. Your childhood vibe
Growing up, parenting in my home was a mix of love and discipline. My parents were strict about respect, studies, and manners, but they always wanted the best for us. We were taught to listen to elders, follow rules, and stay responsible. At the same time, family bonding and care were very important in our house.

2. What you like from “modern” and “traditional” parenting

Modern parenting:
• I like that modern parents focus more on communication and listening to children’s feelings. It helps kids feel understood and emotionally safe.
• I also like the mental-health awareness in modern parenting because children today face different pressures and need emotional support too.

Traditional parenting:
• I like the discipline and respect taught in traditional parenting because it builds responsibility and good manners.
• I also appreciate the clear rules and structure because they help children stay focused and understand boundaries.

3. Your ideal parenting style
If I become a parent someday, my golden rule would be: “Guide with love, but never remove discipline.” I would want my children to feel safe sharing their thoughts with me while also learning responsibility, respect, and kindness.
