Tent repair advice.
I let my brother borrow my tent, and it has been returned with a 20 cm rip in the flysheet. I would send it to a repair shop, but I’m going on a two-week trip on the 10th of August, so there isn’t enough time.
The rip is a clean, straight line. However, it goes over one of the poles, so it may be under quite a lot of tension.
The tent is a Terra Nova Voyager in green that originally belonged to my dad and dates from the 1990s.
Any advice on how to repair this would be really appreciated. I’ve never repaired a tent before.
