What do you think MCU should've done in Thanos' action scenes?
While not all and some think he's genuinely a threat, I wonder if it's on MCU to make Thanos' power not convincing enough for some people (for both Infinity War and Endgame).
* Like how they complain the heroes Thanos beat are just nerfed and done dirty, like Hulk, Thor, or Iron Man compared to either their previous appearence (e.g. "Thanos used Power Stone against Hulk" claims, fat Thor debates, "Mark 50 > Mark 85" debates) or their comic self (no "comic is different to the movie" answer here).
* Or complaining that Thanos somehow feels stronger in Endgame than Infinity War despite not having Infinity Stones.
* Or that MCU just stretches the plot due to not doing certain things that they feel should instantly beat Thanos, like using portal to cut him or Ant-Man Thanos Butt theory.
So, I guess some questions I'd like to know is that:
1. What MCU should've done in Thanos' fighting scenes, particularly Stone-less ones, against characters like Hulk, Iron Man, Thor (particularly with Stormbreaker), or worthy Cap, so that it's convincing enough to people that Thanos is superior and a threat without Stones?
2. Do you feel that the fault might be about how Thanos' Stone-less fighting scenes lack collateral damage or earth-shaking effect showings unlike Hulk's fights making him feel underwhelming? (and feeling that the heroes that fight him are nerfed)
3. Do you feel that people may underestimate the Infinity Stones (Titan fight in particular, like how Thanos was struggling and seemingly almost lost, before Star-Lord ruins the heroes' efforts), like claiming Iron Man can take Power Stone beams without problem while Captain Marvel is far weaker to get one-shotted by its punch? (thus claiming Iron Man is nerfed)
4. What heroes do those people think that Thanos is supposed to beat without problem? The heroes that they can fully accept that Thanos is stronger?
5. Also, do you think that there are comic villains or threats who people'd immediately accept that they can beat powerhouses like Thor or Hulk (if they're pitted against them) or won't be beaten easily like with Butt theory or portal cut, unlike Thanos? Like perhaps Galactus due to his sheer size?
6. Do you think that all statements about Thanos like how "the Butt theory doesn't work" should all be proven in the movie and statements are just poor excuse MCU did, or that there can be valid statements?
7. Do you think that the people that hold theories to beat Thanos easily like the Butt theory wouldn't work to other villains that they may view as stronger? If not, would that mean Ant-Man is by far the strongest to just use Butt theory to any threats or that all
