My final railing
I’ve been doing railings and architectural metals for a long time but don’t want to do it anymore. I’m shifting gears over to things like custom furniture, fixtures, and just in general making whatever I want but I thought that you all might appreciate my last railing installation, put into a nice home in Northern Minnesota
Made completely from scratch- 3/8x2” cold roll cap rail with 5/8” hot roll pickets. Blackened the cap with Jax, sealed with sharkhide, and did a paint rub with matte rust-oleum on the pickets
