This is such a deep topic... 1. What do you personally believe happens after we die? I don’t think it’s just "lights out" when we die. I believe it’s more like a transition. I lean toward the idea that our souls go through a life review—kind of like watching a movie of everything we did—before we decide to reincarnate and try life again to learn new lessons. It feels less like a scary judgment and more like moving on to the next grade in school.
2. How did you arrive at this belief? It’s definitely been a journey. It started with the usual stuff we hear from family or religion, but over time, it’s turned into a personal mix of reflection and spiritual curiosity. Instead of just following what I was told, I started looking for a perspective that felt more "right" to me—one where life is a school for the soul and we’re always growing.
3. How does your belief about the afterlife make you feel? It actually makes me feel really peaceful. The thought that we have "spirit guides" or angels waiting to welcome us home is a huge comfort. It takes away that big fear of the unknown and replaces it with the feeling that we’re being looked after, even when this life ends.
4. How does your belief about the afterlife affect the way you live your life now? It makes me want to live with more heart. Since I believe our actions and how we treat people stay with us, I try to be more intentional. It fits perfectly with this reciprocation era—focusing on good energy, setting boundaries, and making sure the "story" I’m writing today is one I’ll be proud to look back on later.
5. If you had to comfort a friend who’s scared of death, what would you say? "I totally get why it's scary, but try to think of it as finally going home after a really long trip. You aren't going into the dark alone; I truly believe there’s a whole team of loved ones and guides waiting to say, 'You did it.' It's not a final goodbye—it's just moving into a different room where there’s no more pain or stress.
