How should I be using black cocoa powder?
I bought black cocoa powder to use in my ninja creami for ice cream and did a 50/50 blend of black cocoa and regular cocoa powder. It came out as this grey gross bitter taste that did not remind me of chocolate at all. I was expecting it to be a dark chocolate type of flavor that was super rich. I assume I was just using it wrong, but I was gonna return it and they told me to keep it and refunded me. So I wanna find at least some use for it, and tips/suggestions?
