I need some advice on how to do this properly. Here’s the situation:
I would like to cut a patten of either 1/4 or 1/2in ventilation holes into a 1/2in thick sheet of PVC. I’m struggling to decide
\#1 How to make sure the holes end up looking professional? AKA in line, level, and smooth.
\#2 What to use to make these cuts? I haven’t had any luck finding a hole saw this small that wouldn’t cause damage/melt the PVC. Would a normal drill bit then sandpaper work? What kind of drill bit? What kind of sandpaper? Can you even use sandpaper on PVC? Etc.
