Would you like it if Punisher was a continual supporting character in this supposed second MCU Spider-Man trilogy?
Obviously we haven't seen the movie and don't know the ending and where both Spider-Man and Punisher are in their respective stories, not to mention Doomsday and Secret Wars coming up and their ensuing events.
However, with the friendship and their collaborative efforts, particularly recently with BND and The Odyssey, I could see Tom wanting Jon sticking around for these movies.
I can understand some people upset at the possibility of Spider-Man "stealing" Punisher away from Daredevil, however the ratings have shows that this sect of the MCU just is not working on Disney+, so why not try to carry on some of the great casting on the big screen. This also doesn't preclude Daredevil not showing up either.
I also think the more that Spider-Man and Punisher are teamed up, the more they can push boundaries and, per Holland's wishes, having Spider-Man possibly show up in an R-rated Punisher movie down the line.
What do you guys think?
