Thoughts on this Box Set
I picked this up yesterday after having Volume 3 of the individual CD’s for years. I’d wanted to complete the set, but finding matching issues wasn’t easy.
On Allmusic, the late Cub Coda said this was an essential part of any Jazz collection. From the historical perspective, I can see that. What do you think? Is there anything that should be considered essential to a collection?
