Cot & Bedding Recs - Car Camping
Hey! Just got back from our multi family camping trip and there are a few things I'd like to change and was looking for recs. We car camp at a state campground. Currently I have an exped duo for my husband and I. It's great but I think I'd like a little more room and I'm thinking of upgrading to the queen size.
1. Is a cot crazy? My kids are on cots and I'm jealous as I'm rolling out/off the exped onto the the tent floor. Is there a cot that'll hold the exped queen? (I'm getting older, ha)
2. Bedding. I've been doing normal cotton sheets and a blanket. However this trip was rainy & muggy and omg the sheets were so damp I was losing my mind. Would a double bag be better? Thoughts?
