Oh this is a good list of examination of conscience. Before you go to #confession always examine your conscience (pagsusuri ng budhi) so you can list down all your sins and also how many times you did the mortal sins. It is helpful to make a list so you don't forget anything when in the confessional. 😉 This is the proper way to do things before going to confession. You can even ask your parish priest about it if you don't believe me.
