Miller mig welder not feeding
Hi all,
Started welding with an older miller machine, having a wire feed issue. The issue started after a few hours of welding. It seems like the feed rollers either don’t have enough bite to push the wire, or something in the wire line is causing excess friction.
I have changed .035 tips already, hasnt resolved it. Seems to only work when the wire line is completely straight. This was not the case before. I understand that there shouldnt be any sharp bends in the wire line, but cant seem to pin point what is causing the friction, or lack there of if the feed rollers are the issue.
Is there a way to increase the wire feed traction, by tightening something down?
Help a guy out trying to tack my roll cage!
