I’ve been trying to dial in my sleep system to have great comfort without sacrificing too much weight. Right now for the pad and quilt I use an Exped Ultra 3R and a Zenbivy Light sleep system (not sure if this is part of the problem).
Whenever I try to test my sleep system I always wake up with a bad neck and a headache, and I think the reason to that is my head is tilted too far back. Maybe since I’m used to a higher pillow stack height at home. I’m a huge fan of the comfort provided by using your down jacket in a stuff sack, but it almost deflates and becomes solid overnight. Inflatable pillows also seem too firm and move around a bit too much. Any advice from people that have a similar problem? #activity #camping source
