Not every week needs to beat the last one. Sometimes the numbers go up, sometimes they come down, and sometimes life has its own plans for our feet. ๐คฃ
What matters to me is keeping movement part of everyday life and remembering that progress isn't a competition against last week's numbers โ it's about showing up for ourselves, week after week. ๐
