Here is my response on given questions in the activity.
How Do I Want to Be Loved? For me, love starts with sincerity not perfect words, but honest intentions. I want to feel that what’s said and done comes from a real place, not obligation or fear. attachment styles , words when I need reassurance, time when I need presence, acts of service when life gets heavy, and even touch or small gestures when words fall short. Love shouldn’t be one dimensional, it should adapt. All my attachments, my habits, my parents should be involved.
Why does this make me feel truly seen? Because it tells me someone is not just loving their version of me, but accepting the whole of me , changing needs included.
A real moment I craved it, When I was struggling silently, I didn’t need advice or gifts. I just needed someone to stay, listen, respect my pace, and be sincere. That absence taught me what love should actually feel like and I am proud full that my love
