How many younglings were actually in the Jedi Temple during Order 66?
I’ve been thinking about the Jedi Temple massacre in Revenge of the Sith, and I’m curious if anyone knows whether there’s an official number for how many younglings were actually present in the Temple when Anakin and the 501st attacked.
The movie only shows a relatively small group of younglings in one room, but the Jedi Temple was a massive complex and served as a training center for Jedi initiates.
So:
Do we have any canon/Legends source that gives an estimate or exact number of younglings in the Temple at the time of Order 66?
I’ve seen people throw around numbers like 100–200+ younglings, but I haven’t found an actual source supporting that.
Also, is there any source that gives an estimate of how many younglings were killed specifically by Anakin, as opposed to the clones?
I’d be interested in both Canon and Legends sources.
