If you cook & spice them right they are very tasty. Westerners are so against things they don't understand. They are also filled with proteins & good stuff. They will keep you alive if lost in the forest. 🌲 People need to be open to new things. Anyways have a great time. 🤗

They should not be eaten raw. The mealworms were fried in a pan, the grasshoppers were skewered on a stick and cooked over the fire.
Interesting experiment! Mealworms as nutty and grasshoppers like prawns, good to know for emergency situations. I've heard crickets can be a good protein source too! They say they taste a bit like popcorn. 😀🍿
