My trigger? When someone plays a video on full volume in a quiet waiting room with zero headphones. It boils my blood because it feels liKe bulldozed by someone , and I didn’t consent to the chaos. My wild inner monologue goes: “Oh wow, thank you for the surprise concert of tinny explosions and muffled dialogue — should I grab popcorn too, or are we all just extras in your main-character moment?” 😤
