Wired two switch ceiling fans
I recently replaced all the fans in our house. We have two switches, one for the fan and one for the light. This is common right? However, all the new fans have remotes and don’t come with the extra wire to connect to the red/second switch. I have a useless switch now.
Am I missing something or is that just how it is now.
