ELI5:Where do people actually go to mine bitcoin?
This was something I never understood, I know that it's a math problem or essentially math is being used to figure out something. And that you have to have a lot of computers running to mine bitcoin now a days.
But what I never understood or found out is where do you actually have to go to mine bitcoin?
Like is there some special website or designated area on the internet that you visit?
Is it some type of program you have to download on your computer to access it?
I never actually understand that part of it.
