#YogaFrom0 week 18 🧘♂️ This week we continue with the joint-release and unlocking series (Pawanmuktasana), focusing in particular on wrist mobility. It is an ideal sequence to release accumulated tension (especially if you spend a lot of time at the computer or writing) and reactivate the mobility of your hands and forearms.
🧘♂️ Find a comfortable position (seated cross-legged or on a chair with a nice straight back), interlace your fingers, open your elbows outward and perform a fluid movement, similar to an ocean wave, to gently awaken and unlock your wrists.
🧘♂️ Lower your left elbow and using your right hand, pull your left hand to the right and upward (supported by the movement of your right elbow). This creates a targeted stretch to engage and free the joint.
🧘♂️ Return to the center to realign your arms and repeat symmetrically on the other side: lower your right elbow and gently pull to the left. Repeat this complete cycle 3 times.
🧘♂️ Finally, bring your arms back to the center, realign them and letting go of all tension completely, bring your arms down alongside your body into a deep state of relaxation.
🧘♂️To conclude the practice, bring your hands together at your chest, wear a lovely smile and end with a warm Namastè 🙏
