I love tomatoes ‘in all sauces’ — it’s an Italian saying that perfectly describes how much I love them: raw, cooked, or dried.
Today we’re having raw tomatoes. We’ve got a beautiful 800‑gram buffalo mozzarella and some pachino tomatoes for #lunch You just can’t eat mozzarella without tomatoes.
If tomatoes disappeared for a week, I can survive, but not all that well… I love pizza with a red base. Sure, they make white pizza, but to me, pizza is red.
And pasta? Almost every sauce is tomato‑based.
In our kitchen, pasta means tomato! fresh sauce, ragù, arrabbiata, puttanesca, alla norma… all the red goodness we can’t live without. 😋🍅👌
